A seasoned international business executive with experience working in more than 50 countries, Donald Moore has lived in Miami, Brazil, Hong Kong, the UAE and New York City working as a Chief Executive Officer, a General Counsel, a restructuring and distressed-business advisor, a partner in global law firms, and a business consultant and investor in developed and frontier locations. He has significant experience in the United States, Iraq, Afghanistan, throughout the Middle East and in Asia in areas of outer space, defense & security, life support contracts, transportation-asset financing, and infrastructure development. Moore has an B.A. (Political Science) and J.D. (Law) from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, an M.B.A. (International Business) from the University of Miami, FL, and Completed an Executive Education Program in Leadership at the Harvard Business School, Cambridge, MA. He teaches Space Law & Policy at the University of Michigan Law School.
